Terms of Service

Effective date: November 05, 2026

These Terms govern your use of LeadExtractor (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only in ways consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1.1 Spam and unsolicited email

You must not use the Service to send, facilitate, or attempt to send unsolicited commercial email, spam, chain letters, phishing messages, or any other form of unsolicited bulk or mass email.

You may only send messages to recipients with whom you have a prior relationship or an existing lawful basis for contact. Without limitation, you must not:

  • Send to any purchased, rented, bartered, harvested, or scraped email list.
  • Send to recipients obtained from third-party lead-generation services without verifying that they consented to receive your messages.
  • Use deceptive, forged, or manipulated sender names, email headers, subject lines, or reply-to addresses.
  • Send messages that could reasonably be classified as phishing, fraud, or social engineering.
  • Send to any recipient who has previously opted out of receiving your messages, or who has asked you to stop contacting them.
  • Send to government officials, public bodies, or individual persons in a manner designed to harass, intimidate, or coerce.
  • Send from a domain or IP address that you do not legitimately control.

1.2 Content restrictions

You must not use the Service to transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of any third party, including intellectual-property rights.

1.3 Technical abuse

You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, throttle settings, or any other technical control intended to prevent abuse. You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure in any way.

1.4 Compliance with anti-spam law

You are solely responsible for complying with all anti-spam and privacy laws applicable to your activities. These may include, without limitation, the United States CAN-SPAM Act, the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and any equivalent national or regional law.

Each message you send must include a clear and functional way for the recipient to opt out of further communications, and any opt-out request must be honored promptly. You must also include any information legally required in your jurisdiction.

2. Monitoring and enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the Service for compliance with these Terms. We may investigate suspected violations, review sending patterns, and inspect account activity.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any part of Section 1 (Acceptable use), we may, without prior notice and without refund:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account.
  • Disable or revoke access to any connected email account on the Service.
  • Delete or quarantine stored leads, campaigns, and messages.
  • Preserve evidence and, where legally required, report the activity to email providers, blacklist operators, or law-enforcement authorities.
  • Refuse to allow you to create another account.

Serious violations may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of any remaining access time without compensation.

3. Access, pricing, and payment

Certain features require a paid plan. Access is granted for a fixed duration ("access time") that begins when you purchase and may be extended by further purchases. Access time is additive: any new purchase extends your current expiry date.

The Service accepts payment in the cryptocurrencies displayed at checkout. Prices are shown in USD and the equivalent crypto amount is calculated at order time. You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the correct address on the correct network. Mis-sent payments may be unrecoverable.

All payments are manually verified. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. Access time is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. We do not automatically renew access.

3.1 Sending requires user-provided egress

Campaign sending requires that your traffic exit through egress that you control. Before you can start a campaign, you must configure and enable either a SOCKS5 proxy pool or, for advanced users, an SSH relay. Campaigns cannot be sent directly from the platform's servers.

This is a technical requirement, not a limit on your usage. It exists because sending from a shared platform IP address would associate every user with the reputation of that address, harming all users when any single account is flagged by a mail provider. By routing through your own egress, your sending reputation is isolated from every other user's.

Level 2 access includes the ability to send campaigns. It does not include proxy pool or SSH relay infrastructure; you must provision that separately. If you are unable to provision egress, campaign sending is unavailable on your account. Extraction, MX enrichment, and export continue to work without egress and are not affected.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular email will be delivered, opened, or considered non-spam by any recipient, provider, or filter. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property or privacy rights; or (d) any message you send or content you process through the Service.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent to us via the support channels listed on the site.

By using LeadExtractor you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
